Chris: "They look like bugs"Chris takes one out of the pot and looks it over...it has legs...he hands it to me, I confirm, it does look like a bug.
Chris takes it to show a few of the Kenyans that work on the property...we were informed that they are not "bugs", they are "Weevils"...and that they are, in fact, in everything so people in Kenya eat them all the time...it's no big deal.
Now, I would prefer to have dinner with this Weevil,
but our beans came with these...
Daina pulled out all of the floating black pieces and we're eating it anyway.

So, I spoke with Onesmus and he told me that you guys are coming to supper on Sunday. He asked me what I thought he should serve you.
I said "Nyama punda" which means Donkey Meat. He laughed.
Good luck....I think he only knows how to cook ugali and sucha...
I'd rather eat bugs!

Which is cool cause the show also has Kristen Bell on it too...
